A grateful husband and father of two young boys, I recently found my authentic self through some very powerful personal effectiveness training, and am now committed to making a difference in the world. A recent manifestation of this commitment has risen through my company, Golden Roads, LLC, which I built with my dearest friend, Tom. After more than a year of planning, we are now building Headwaters, a sustainable destination resort which contextually integrates experiential personal development training with holistic wellness and outdoor adventure. Our intention is to support others to manifest abundance through self-awareness, spirituality and contribution. Our training subsidiary, The Experia Institute, will begin operations in the Spring of 2008, with the resort/spa opening in the summer.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to manifest this vision. Through it, I intend to give back the prosperity that self-awareness has brought into my life.
